Promotional Offers – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to promotional offers, discounts and marketing campaigns operated by Fresh Breeze Home Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Promotional Offer
Any discount, promotional price or special offer advertised as part of a marketing campaign is subject to these Terms & Conditions and may only be used in accordance with the conditions stated in the relevant campaign.
2. Eligibility
Promotional offers are available only to customers who meet the eligibility requirements of the relevant campaign.
Eligibility will be verified by our team when you contact our office, or when our team contacts you in relation to your enquiry.
We reserve the right to verify eligibility before confirming any promotional price, discount, offer or promotional appointment.
3. Quotation and Survey
Where required, a property survey or inspection must be carried out before a quotation is provided.
Eligibility for the promotional offer will be verified by our team before the appointment is finalised.
Any promotional price is subject to the property being suitable for the proposed works and to the scope of works being confirmed following the survey.
The final price will be based on the agreed scope of works stated in the quotation.
4. Discount Conditions
Any advertised discount:
- Applies only to the works and services specified in the relevant quotation or campaign.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person or property unless agreed by us in writing.
- Cannot normally be combined with another discount, promotion or special offer unless expressly stated.
- May be withdrawn or amended at any time before the customer has formally accepted the quotation and secured the promotional price.
5. Securing the Promotional Price
Where a campaign states that a promotional price must be secured by a particular date, the customer must confirm acceptance of the quotation and complete any required paperwork and/or deposit payment within the stated promotional period.
Once the promotional price has been validly secured, it will be honoured in accordance with the agreed quotation, subject to any agreed changes to the scope of works.
6. Additional Works
The promotional price applies only to the agreed works detailed in the quotation.
Any additional works requested by the customer, or works identified as necessary after commencement, will be discussed and quoted separately before proceeding, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Availability and Start Dates
All proposed start dates are subject to availability and confirmation by Fresh Breeze Home Ltd.
A promotional offer does not automatically guarantee a particular installation date unless the date has been expressly confirmed in writing.
8. Changes to the Scope
If the agreed scope of works changes after the quotation has been accepted, this may affect the final price.
Any changes will be discussed with the customer before additional chargeable works are undertaken.
9. Marketing and Advertising
All promotional offers are subject to availability and may be limited by campaign duration, geographical area, property type, project size or other eligibility conditions stated in the relevant advertisement or campaign.
We reserve the right to correct genuine errors or inaccuracies in marketing materials.
10. No Cash Alternative
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional discounts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
11. Cancellation and Refunds
Any cancellation, refund or deposit arrangements will be subject to the terms of the quotation, contract and applicable consumer rights.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any statutory rights that customers have under applicable law.
12. General
These Terms & Conditions should be read together with the customer’s quotation, contract and any other written terms provided by Fresh Breeze Home Ltd.
In the event of any inconsistency, the specific terms of the customer’s signed quotation or contract will apply to the agreed works.
Fresh Breeze Home Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw marketing campaigns and promotional offers where permitted by law.
